Telehealth

If you're not able to come to a therapy session in person because of the distance, I also offer telehealth sessions. I believe in the inherent worth of each and every person. There is no one who is not worthy of love, who is too far gone. The journey is to help you believe this too. It can be slow and painful, but it is worth it because you deserve to live authentically. I cannot "fix" you. I can, however, help you define what your goals for therapy are, to assist you in taking steps toward realizing your goals. In the end, it is you who will do the hard work.
